Karin responded gorgeously with "It means giving when you get no return, giving when you have an opportunity, giving when it’s inconvenient, and giving when it takes even more than you expected.”

Our next question to Karin was "What was a moment of Generosity that greatly impacted you?"

Karin: "One of the most impactful moments of generosity in my life was when I got my first home in a new city after apartment living for years. We had spent most of our cash reserves on moving and purchasing household items. One Sunday an older couple, who we’d only just begun to know in the weeks prior, came up to my young family and said it was on their hearts to purchase a full set of new snow tires for our vehicle. They said they worried about the icy roads we would have to travel to visit family over the holidays. I was flabbergasted. I hardly knew these people, yet they offered something so overly generous I was reluctant to accept. After a long consideration (and a bit of pride swallowing), I called them the next day and accepted. I profusely thanked them! It was in that moment that my new city and friends became ‘HOME.’"
